Refund Policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026

In short

Bible Sparks is a digital product you can download right after purchase. If you have not downloaded Bible Sparks yet, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days and get a full refund. After the download has started, there is no right to a refund; as a courtesy we still review every request – for example if Bible Sparks does not run on your PC. The refund itself is handled by Paddle.

Seller: Paddle

The Merchant of Record and your contract partner is Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited, Judd House, 18–29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom). You can request a refund directly from Paddle – via the customer portal or paddle.net – or from us at info@erweckungsfunken.de; we will forward your request to Paddle without delay. Please always include the order number from your purchase confirmation. The Paddle refund policy applies in addition.

Consumers in the EU and UK: right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise it, inform Paddle or us by a clear statement (e.g. by email). For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once the download has begun, provided you have expressly agreed to the download starting before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent on the download page with two checkboxes before the download starts.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made by Paddle within fourteen days, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

Defects

If Bible Sparks does not work as described, statutory warranty rights apply. We fix errors through updates – just write to info@erweckungsfunken.de.

Consequences of a refund

If a purchase is refunded or a payment is charged back, the license to use Bible Sparks ends; the download link and buyer key are blocked. Please uninstall the program and delete the installer.
