1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to the purchase and use of the software “Bible Sparks” via biblesparks.erweckungsfunken.com. The software is provided by Tobias Auer GmbH (Erweckungsfunken Verlag), Alex-Möller-Str. 41, 68766 Hockenheim, Germany, Mannheim Local Court HRB 746760 (“we”).

2. Seller: Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and your contract partner for purchase, payment, invoicing, sales tax and refunds (Paddle.com Market Limited, Judd House, 18–29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom). The Paddle buyer terms apply in addition. We are responsible for the software itself, its use and support.

3. Product

Bible Sparks is Bible study software for Windows (Windows 10 or later, 64-bit). After purchase you receive a link to download the installer. The public-domain or freely licensed Bible translations and data listed on this website are included. The features are as described on biblesparks.erweckungsfunken.com at the time of purchase.

4. Price and payment

Bible Sparks costs a one-time US$29 (plus applicable sales tax or VAT, calculated by Paddle at checkout depending on your country). There is no subscription. Payment is made via Paddle, e.g. by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

5. License

You receive a perpetual, non-transferable right to use Bible Sparks personally or in your church and to install it on your own devices. Passing on, selling, renting or publishing the software or the included data is not permitted. Third-party rights to Bible texts, lexicons and maps remain unaffected; their license notices are shown in the program.

6. Updates

All future updates of Bible Sparks are included in the price. Bible Sparks shows a notice on start when a new version is available; the buyer key from your purchase confirmation is used for downloading.

7. Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In case of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Please back up your notes and sermons regularly.

8. Refunds

Information on cancellation and refunds can be found in our refund policy. If a purchase is refunded or a payment is charged back, the license ends and the download link and buyer key are blocked.

9. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
